This Shipping Policy explains how TRUSTinONLINE delivers your order across India.
We offer free shipping across India on all orders. Any applicable charges, if introduced for specific offers or locations, will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or non-metro pin codes may take a little longer. These timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.
We offer both prepaid payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) across serviceable pin codes in India.
Once your order is dispatched, we share tracking details by email or SMS so you can follow your shipment. You can also check status any time on our Order Tracking page.
We currently ship within India. If a pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a full refund.
