These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TRUSTinONLINE website (the "Site") operated under the brand TRUSTinONLINE ("we", "us", "our"), and your purchase of products from us. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
We sell precision-cut screen guards and related accessories for laptops and tablets. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We may update product descriptions, images and prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of an obvious pricing or typographic error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only when we accept it and dispatch the product. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information. Where an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the amount as described in our Refund Policy.
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payment through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank credentials; these are handled entirely by the payment gateway in accordance with its own security standards. Delivery timelines, charges and serviceable areas are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to courier or force-majeure conditions.
Eligibility and process for returns and replacements are set out in our Return & Replacement Policy, and refunds in our Refund Policy. Our replacement promise covers items that arrive damaged, defective or mis-fit.
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide when placing an order.
All content on the Site — including the TRUSTinONLINE name, logo, text, graphics and images — is our property or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
